FOR OVER 25 YEARS . . .

Over 25 years ago, the mission of Saints Joseph and Andrew Eastern Orthodox Church was founded by Fr. John and Pani Cindy Zboyovski, and grew steadily under their tireless dedication and generosity. For the first fifteen years, Divine Liturgy was celebrated in the "little white house" where they raised their three children. Now, the time has come for Saints Joseph and Andrew to become a parish church, with the blessing of His Eminence, Metropolitan Gregory and the full support of the Zboyovski family.
We are grateful to God and to everyone involved, especially His Eminence, Metropolitan Gregory; the Zboyovski familiy; and all the clergy and volunteers who are working so hard to shepherd Saints Joseph and Andrew from its former "mission" status to becoming a full-fledged parish.

The parish of Saints Joseph and Andrew Eastern Orthodox Church has applied for and finally received its own 501(c)(3) status under IRS regulations in the early months of 2019. During this transition, Stillpoint Contemplative Ministries provided much-needed assistance as a 501(c)(3) "parent" organization, to insure that all contributions remained tax-deductible under IRS regulations and went directly to the operating of the church. All donations to Saints Joseph and Andrew go directly to the operating of the church and are deductible under IRS regulations.

The construction of the current parish church was completed in December 2007, under the direction of noted Orthodox designer Andrew Gould.
You can read more about his work at Saints Joseph and Andrew Eastern Orthodox Church here.

Below is a letter from Fr. John and Pani Cindy Zboyovski, which was read aloud to the entire congregation by Parish Council President Joseph Hannah on December 16, 2018;

we hope that you will take the time to read it.

A LETTER FROM OUR PASTOR EMERITUS

To the Congregation and Clergy of Sts. Joseph & Andrew Orthodox Church:

By the Grace of God, we started this little mission church with the Blessing of the Most Reverend Metropolitan Nicholas (of Blessed Memory)

and with the desire that it would be here from generation to generation.

And that desire has not changed.

We look forward to seeing this church growing under the Omophorion of the Most Reverend Metropolitan GREGORY of Nyssa

– spiritually and in numbers – for years to come,
and we have been grateful to be able to serve for all these years.

You are all in our prayers, and always will be.

With love in Christ,
Fr. John Zboyovski
